Job Overview
This role is fully on-site at the Distribution Centre in Cheste, serving more than 230 stores and thousands of online customers across Spain and Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, with special focus on Transport, Consolidation, Wrapping, Replenishment, and Loading.
- Negotiate and manage agreements with temporary employment agencies.
- Ensure accurate and efficient picking processes, both online and paper-based.
- Work in line with continuous improvement principles.
- Optimize operations while keeping costs under control.
- Compile, monitor, and ensure compliance with budgets and objectives.
- Guarantee a high level of service for our customers.
- Actively use and promote the right to speak up.
- Ensure correct storage of articles.
