Become a key safety leader at EBC Inc. as a Health & Safety Coordinator for a significant ICI project in North York. Your leadership will ensure compliance and promote safety excellence.
This role places you at the forefront of health and safety initiatives for EBC Inc.'s North York construction site. As the Health & Safety Coordinator, you will manage compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and mentor the site team on best practices. Your role includes conducting site inspections and leading safety training to foster a culture of safety across all trades.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve the site-specific Health & Safety Program
• Ensure compliance with all related regulations
• Conduct safety inspections and field audits
• Lead investigations of incidents and near misses
• Maintain and audit safety documentation
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
• 5-8+ years in ICI health & safety roles
