Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Customer Success Representative (CSR) in Barranquilla to manage end-to-end transportation support activities. In this role, you will prepare quotes, manage orders, coordinate dispatch, and ensure the accuracy and quality of shipments while keeping customers informed.
Your responsibilities include monitoring pickups and deliveries, auditing carrier costs, and supporting claims resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of LTL and FTL transportation operations and freight quoting processes.
