A leading BPO company is seeking an L1 IT Support professional located in BGC, responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing excellent customer service on a nightshift basis. Candidates must have at least 6 months of IT support experience and familiarity with technologies such as LAN/WAN, Office 365, and Azure. The salary package is up to 36,500 PHP with an additional 18% night differential based on experience. Flexible shift work, including weekends, is required.
