OOH Growth & Expansion Lead

Cainiao is seeking a professional to drive exponential growth of its Out-of-Home (OOH) network by managing a full-funnel partnership engine. This role emphasizes pipeline health, conversion rate, and revenue-per-partner instead of merely the number of sites installed.

You will take charge of lead generation, work with high-potential partners, and engage in negotiations while closely collaborating with the Marketing department for co-branded initiatives. An ideal candidate has over 5 years in relevant B2B sectors, strong negotiation skills, and is fluent in English.
