Plan, schedule and oversee all maintenance activities in the industrial plant Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs Inspect plant machinery and equipment regularly to identify and resolve issues Lead, supervise and train the maintenance team to ensure effective performance Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost effectiveness Expertise in Press Shop Machine, Paint Shop and Automobiles Assembly Line Keep a record of all maintenance and repair work conducted Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
