Job Description

We are seeking an OpenShift Engineer, L1Support to provide first-level operational support for enterprise RedHat OpenShift / Kubernetes environments.

This is an infrastructure andplatform operations role . The engineer will support daily monitoring,incident triage, basic troubleshooting, operational checks, user accesssupport, and escalation of platform issues to L2/L3 teams.

The ideal candidate should havehands-on exposure to Linux systems, OpenShift/Kubernetes operations, containerplatforms, networking basics, monitoring tools, and production supportprocesses.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1 operational support for Red HatOpenShift / Kubernetes platforms.

  • Perform daily health checks on OpenShift clusters, nodes, pods, operators, routes, storage, and platform services.
