Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end functional design and delivery of OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, ensuring compliance with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Facilitate client workshops to elicit detailed business requirements, process flows, and functional needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, use cases, and solution designs.
- Configure and customize OpenText modules (e.g., Content Server, Extended ECM, Documentum) including metadata models, workflows, permissions, and integrations.
- Design and implement document lifecycle management, access controls, and retention policies in alignment with regulatory and security requirements.
