Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging equipment.
- Operate machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience, may require vocational or technical education.
