Operating co-founder (key individual & compliance)

At Vereles , we operate at the intersection of: quantitative research AI systems and modern wealth infrastructure

We are now looking for a strategic operating partner / co‑founder to help scale the business operationally and regulatorily.

Ideal background: RE1 qualified (or approved Key Individual experience) FSCA / FAIS operational exposure compliance & governance understanding experience with FSP structures, investor onboarding, mandates, and operational controls strong business judgment

This is not a corporate role.

We are looking for somebody who wants to help build a modern financial intelligence company from the ground up alongside founders with deep technical and quantitative focus.

Strong fit for:

compliance leads or entrepreneurial finance professionals looking to build something ambitious
