Responsibilities
- Lead operational due diligence on hospitals and healthcare services targets, evaluating management calibre, clinical standards, revenue cycle maturity, and cost base.
- Shape operational investment theses with deal teams, identifying value creation levers and risks.
- Deliver pre-close benchmarks and 100-day operational plans for target assets.
- Advise on management assessment and post-close organisational design.
- Direct portfolio-wide operational transformation: hospital efficiency, capacity utilisation, procurement, workforce productivity, and revenue cycle improvement.
- Implement performance management frameworks across varied regulatory environments and geographies.
- Build and mentor local operating teams to embed sustainable capability.
