Supporting the CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives, Operating Principals are Revolut's general problem solvers.
What You’ll Be Doing- Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities
- Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth
- Leading and executing key company initiatives
- A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
- A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas
- 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast‑growing technology company
- Experience working abroad or as an expat
