Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a CST for their Lawton, OK location.
Responsibilities:
- Correct Site Procedure; Correct Counts; Fire Safety checks; All Equipment and Supplies available and ready for patient procedure.
- Provides a sterile atmosphere before and during all surgical procedures.
- Instruments and supplies are opened following established procedures to maintain a sterile field.
- A sterile field is set up and maintained before and during the procedure.
- The scrub remains aware of themselves and staff in OR suite and how they impact the sterile environment.
- Maintains clean, safe and sanitary environment, before, during and after all procedures.
- Performs accurate sponge, needle and instrument counts.
