Job Description

Adecco is hiring **Operations Administrative Specialist in the Olrando , Fl. area.**

We need an Operations Administrative Specialist with trade show/event experience. This person will handle purchasing (both project and general), track exhibitor manual deadlines, coordinate with vendors, and support project managers and warehouse operations. They must be highly organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience

1. Purchasing & Vendor Tracking

Create and manage POs for:
Project builds
Inventory replenishment
General warehouse + office supplies
Track orders and confirm delivery timelines
Follow up with vendors on all open orders
Coordinate with Inventory technician on:
stock needs
priority materials
2. Production Tracking

• Maintain job tracking sheets
• Update status from leads + PMs
