Job Summary
You will manage warehouse inventory flow, coordinate import/export shipments, arrange trucking, ensure timely packing and delivery, complete shipment paperwork, and communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse inventory to maintain accurate stock levels
- Pack outbound cargo on time to meet delivery schedules
- Handle import and export shipment processes to ensure compliance and timely movement
- Arrange trucking and coordinate daily fulfilment tasks to support logistics operations
- Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Complete all necessary paperwork for shipment processing and completion
- Communicate clearly and promptly with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve issues
