Job Description

The Operation Excellence Supervisor is responsible for supporting process improvements, ensuring compliance, and helping branches and delivery teams work more efficiently. This role includes creating and delivering training, providing real-time support to operations staff, and assisting with the rollout of new policies and procedures.

The supervisor also monitors delivery performance through audits and helps identify areas for improvement. This position is key to maintaining high standards in daily operations and supporting continuous improvement across the organization.
