Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse / Traffic Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents) Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
