- You will support the Senior Operations Executive/Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail building.
- Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the building operates at optimum level
- Assist in annual budgeting, managing and administering all maintenance contracts and supervising expense for the operational needs of the building
- Assist in the implementation of renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the building
- Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the building
