Key Responsibilities
Branch Setup & Operations
- Lead the end-to-end setup of the Johor branch, including warehouse identification, leasing, and setup
- Coordinate all initial operational requirements (equipment, systems, processes, compliance)
- Ensure the branch is operationally ready within agreed timelines
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with local authorities, regulators, port operators, and relevant stakeholders
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the marine and offshore industry
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region
