Responsibilities
Position Overview
The Operation Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations across Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Engineering. This role requires strong technical expertise in sheet metal, metal fabrication, CNC machining, and semiconductor industry practices. The incumbent ensures operational excellence, drives continuous improvement, and supports the company’s growth through technical leadership and effective decision-making.
1) Operational & Production Management
- Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations across Production, QA, and Engineering departments.
