Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations including warehouse, logistics, delivery and order fulfilment
Plan and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and service levels
Coordinate with sales, procurement and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations
Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling and operational performance
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety and company policies
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for management
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
