Job Description
Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes Develop, implement, and review SOPs in line with Singapore regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with local laws, including guidelines from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), workplace safety standards, and employment regulations Manage operational budgets, cost control, and resource allocation to maintain profitability Lead and manage a diverse workforce, including local and foreign employees Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and workforce optimisation Work closely with HR on hiring, onboarding, and compliance with work pass regulations Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and risk management practices Address operational issues, custom...
