This role involves overseeing general cargo operations, managing quotations, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure efficient cargo handling. The position also requires maintaining customer relationships and performing administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the general progress of cargo operations (both sea and air, import and export).
- Check and prepare quotations upon receiving new orders from clients, agents, or the Director.
- Receive inquiries from agents and customers, and assign tasks to the team.
- Work closely with the operation team to ensure smooth cargo handling.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Review daily and monthly reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Director.
