Job Description
In your capacity as an executive, you shall be responsible primarily for but not limited to the following:
a) C & C support- Assist to sort out confirmed job order and issue job order sheet to Warehouse Team.
- Check and verify inventory and logistics requirement accurately generated by Sales Team and Warehouse Team.
- Co‑ordinate closely, effectively, and efficiently with Sales Team, Operations Team and Warehouse Team.
- Hold regular discussion with Project Team and Operation Team over confirmed job to ensure resources are adequate and available for execution.
- Provide assistance in daily manpower planning & operation schedule.
- Provide support to Sales & Project Team.
- Assist to submit safety documentation to the relevant government authorities as and when Project Team raises the request.
