Production Supervisor – Glass Production Process (El Marques site)
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the Glass Production process per-shift in El Marques site.

- Drive the company´s culture advancement and the business transformation in the area.
- Develop and coach your direct reports to make the greatest contribution.
- Create an open and empowering environment centered in the operators.
- Connect the team to the company vision and effectively implement the business priorities.
- Responsible for a production shift crew (technicians and unionized employees)
- Connect with different capabilities such process, asset care, maintenance among others to support yourself and your team to be able to accomplish our operations visions
