About the job Operation Support Officer (Clarke Quay) Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to public and stakeholder email enquiries professionally and accurately
- Conduct fact-finding and draft responses for approval
- Coordinate logistics packing and delivery, track status and maintain inventory
- Provide on‑site support at Culture Pass Office events, engage members of the public and assist with credit activation and ticketing
- Perform general administrative duties as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT systems (training provided)
- Willing to support events outside regular working hours
- Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, Events or Arts Management (or related fields)
Duration/ Working hours: 3 months (Subject to extend); 42 hours per week
