Job Description
- Provide cleaning and operational support services in school
- Assist with logistics support for school events (moving/arranging tables and chairs)
- Ensure school premises are safely secured during closing duties
- Escort and supervise contractors carrying out facilities management works
- Monitor and report cleaning/toilet supply stock levels
- Assist with simple administrative duties such as checking deliveries and compiling documents
- Report building faults to Operations Manager using WhatsApp or similar applications
- Perform any other operational support duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Primary 6 education or equivalent
- Able to use WhatsApp or similar messaging applications for reporting
- Physically fit to handle logistics duties
- Preferably with cleaning and/or customer service experience
