Job Description

Operational Accountant required in Klapmuts.

Requirements: BCom in Accounting or related qualification. Completed SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA articles. 1–2 years’ post-articles experience advantageous. Strong hands‑on experience with Xero. Experience with Cin7 Core / Omni ERP. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and operational accounting. Fluent in Afrikaans and English. Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.

Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operational accounting function across multiple group entities. Perform bookkeeping and transactional finance duties using Xero. Manage the Cin7 ERP system, including inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, production, and costing. Prepare and complete bank, supplier, debtor, inventory, and VAT reconciliations.
