We are looking for an organised and detail-focused administrator who can support managers and operational teams with communication, documentation, compliance checks and data management, contributing to the smooth delivery of operational performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support PPM and Reactive operational delivery across the GPA account. Coordinate communication between key stakeholders including WPSM, GPA HD, KAN, ISS HD and subcontractors to ensure task completion. Provide administrative support to managers, including liaising with helpdesks, issuing work order updates, contacting suppliers, collecting data and chasing evidence documentation. Build effective working relationships with Team Leaders, RTMs, KAN, GPA HD, site-based contacts and suppliers to support delivery of workloads.
