Job Description
1. Operational Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with IQIP’s global business goals and organization dynamics. Responsible for the execution of the mid‑term operational strategy and ensuring operational readiness for future growth.
- Lead long‑term planning for asset utilization, lifecycle management, and capital investments.
- Shape procurement strategies to ensure cost‑effectiveness, supplier reliability, and compliance with international standards.
- Align production capabilities with project timelines, customer requirements and engineering innovation.
