The Role
You’ll drive the Morgan Production System across Site1 and Site2. That means working hands‑on with production, supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, finance, and whoever else needs your help. You’ll run Kaizen events, map processes, coach teams, fix problems, and push improvement projects that actually stick — not just the ones that look good...
