Summary
As an Key Account Manager in Operations at DSV, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts. You will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and oversee the operational aspects of their shipments. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Account ManagementAct as primary contact for key accounts as defined by branch- and regional managementPenetrate customer’s organization to identify and build relationships at all levelsWork across DSV’s network and divisions to maintain and grow share of walletEnsure rates are current, communicated to OPS and submitted to ISSC for auto rating purposesProvide clients with market insights to best predict and maneuver market challengesCreate, maintain and update SOPs
