Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including fabrication, assembly, delivery, and installation of aluminum and uPVC products
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet project timelines and client requirements
- Supervise factory staff, installers, and site teams to ensure productivity and quality workmanship
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications, shop drawings, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Project Management teams for smooth project execution
- Manage procurement of materials such as aluminum profiles, uPVC frames, glass, and hardware
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce material wastage
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of tools and equipment
