- Lead KAIZEN Continuous Improvement initiatives across plantation and palm oil mill operations.
- Identify and execute productivity improvement opportunities.
- Analyze operational performance using KPIs.
- Drive cross-functional projects to reduce losses and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Train and coach operational teams on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement.
- Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills.
- Willing to travel regularly to plantation sites and palm oil mills.
