Overview
The Operational Risk Manager will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of key risk frameworks for the bank, partnering with all business areas to ensure a sound risk management environment. This role involves working across multiple non-financial risk domains to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while enabling sustainable growth.
Operational Risk Identification & Assessment- Take ownership of the Risk Controlled Self-Assessment (RSCA) programme.
- Support in spearheading the Bank's effort on RCSA by updating the existing templates, restructuring the impact assessment matrices and control efficiency ratings.
- Performing the RCSA across all Bank functions.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring key risks across business units.
