Job Description
We are currently partnering with a growing international commodities business in Dubai that is looking to hire an Operations Associate to support the end-to-end execution of physical shipments across global markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–5 years’ experience in commodity operations, logistics, or supply chain execution who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage shipments from contract execution through to final delivery
- Coordinate break bulk, containerized, and trucking shipments
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively follow up on operational activities
- Review and manage shipping documentation including BLs, invoices, packing lists, and related documents
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and Incoterms
