The Video Safety Operations – Product and Process Solutions team plays a critical role in ensuring TikTok remains a safe, reliable, and scalable platform for its global community. The team partners closely with Product, Policy, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate new product features, policy updates, and operational improvements into scalable workflows that support Trust & Safety operations worldwide.
As a Project Intern, you will work on high-impact operational initiatives that support the rollout of new product features, improve content moderation and labeling workflows, and drive operational efficiency at global scale. This role offers exposure to complex operational systems, cross‑functional collaboration, and end‑to‑end project ownership within one of the most dynamic areas of the platform.
