Operational Technical Services Lead Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Operational Technical Services Lead to oversee technical building services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, performance, and high service standards. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of M&E, HVAC, and BMS services across multiple sites Manage PPM and reactive maintenance Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance Oversee engineering teams and contractors Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance Act as key contact for clients and stakeholders Drive innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency initiatives Assist with lifecycle planning and capital replacement programs Provide technical guidance during project works and minor upgrades.
