Operational Trainer Hours: 40 hours per week Location : Home Based with regular travel to multiple care homes in either Tyne and Wear or Northumberland Salary: £34,000 per annumplus £6000 car allowance Our client is a market leader in providing exceptional quality care to residents and patients across our rapidly expanding portfolio of 250 care homes and independent hospitals. Their Operational Trainers play a key part in ensuring the continued delivery of Good and Outstanding care, as they ensure every member of staff is confident and competent in their ability to work in a person-centred and compassionate manner.
