Job Description
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuity across key functions
- Manage core operational areas including customer service, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and administration
- Monitor and resolve operational issues, including inventory reconciliation and service performance
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure effective implementation of business action plans
- Track and evaluate team performance, providing guidance, coaching, and corrective measures when needed
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to headquarters in line with corporate standards
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
