Operations Customer Bookings
- Handle customer bookings for train and bus tickets via email, website, and social media channels
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure ticket availability
- Issue e-tickets and confirmations accurately and on time
- Communicate schedule updates or service changes to customers
- Provide pre- and post-booking support in a friendly and professional manner
