Location: Chihuahua, Mexico
We are seeking a contract Operations Administrator to deliver administrative support across our organization.
This role will also support supply chain management (SCM) activities, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Manage administrative vendor relations and procurement of office supplies
Review vendor invoices and coordinate with accounts payable for payment processing
Organize internal events such as training, meetings, and staff gatherings
Maintain and file administrative documents in line with company policies
Handle supplier tax documentation for customer-related requirements
Support office inspections and generate maintenance reports as needed
Assist with front desk duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and preparing meeting spaces
Coordinate facility services, including cleaning, restocking, maintenance and repairs.
