Operations Analysis Intern

Location: KONE Elevator (M) Sdn. Bhd. – Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Why this role?

As an Operations Analysis Intern, you will be part of KONE's Remote Monitoring and Support team. This is a unique opportunity to see how IoT and data analytics are used to maintain global infrastructure. You will assist our Engineers in identifying elevator faults remotely from our Global Operations Centre, ensuring smooth performance for KONE's customers worldwide.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist in the monitoring of KONE's strategic Major Projects and High-Rise projects within assigned regions.
  • Support the daily analysis of critical issues to help determine root causes under the guidance of senior Engineers.
