Job Description
Responsibilities:
Reconciliation
- Perform daily reconciliation and balancing for Deposits, Cards & Unsecured Loans
Investigation
- Identify discrepancies in financial reports and transaction records.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
- Escalate to Team Manager on any other exceptions.
- Apply the knowledge learnt & propose ideas to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Others
- Assist and support TM/TL in system enhancements or process improvement project.
- Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
The Talent:
- Min. 2 years of experience in financial institutions, with knowledge in reconciliation would be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
