Job Description
Job Title: Operations Analyst. Contract Duration: 6 months.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9AM-6PM (Default).
Location: West, Jurong East MRT.
Work closely with the existing team to manage expenses, resources, and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities- Manage and track expenses, including accruals and forecasting.
- Oversee Coupa Payments for transport and telecommunications.
- Submit SCM related to productivity and cost savings management.
- Assist in budget planning and submission, particularly during critical cycles.
- Support headcount management for both Run the Bank and Change the Bank.
- Prepare materials and presentations for various forums, including the Digital Adoption Forum and the Operations Strategy and Performance Forum.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required.
