Job Description
Overview
This position is responsible for assisting the Operations & Governance Manager in terms of metrics tracking, project monitoring as well as overall performance analysis of the team against a set of OKRs and against budget. The role is also in charge of campaign governance and implementation of Dito’s contact policy which applies to all business units in Dito that sends customers and retailers direct communications via SMS and the Dito App.
Functions
- In-charge of data gathering and coordination with the Data & Analytics team to provide the information needed for CVM and Loyalty’s metrics tracking and reporting. You will help create reports on the team’s performance against set OKRs for the quarter/year as well as manage the team’s dashboards (CVML Dashboard, Traffice Dashboard, Campaign Performance Tracking, etc)
