Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site routine maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and repair of PV equipment
- Supervise technicians during replacement, installation and proper use of test equipment
- Supervise and ensure completion of activities included in the Quarterly Team and Individual Key Performance Matrix
- Prepare and Conduct PMS Activities for Genset Onsite
- Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance
- Respond to plant breakdowns
- Creating and updating maintenance procedures
- Leads O&M Technician team (including temporary labor)
- Identify unsafe work or operating conditions and take proper action to neutralize hazard in compliance with health and safety legislation
- Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records
- Manage stocks of supplies and equipment
- Responsible for being available for scheduled rotational (on call) duties and as needed
