This role is required to provide customer care, manage global B2B transactions in terms of order processing and proper order management in ensuring all order details are accurate, updated and communicated to customers timely. In addition to build positive relationships with key stakeholders namely customers, sales, business developers, operations, quality teams and suppliers/factories.
Job scopes:
- Provide excellent customer service by efficiently processing orders.
- Work with the operations team and suppliers to address customer needs and inquiries.
- Oversee the entire order process from receipt to shipment, keeping customers updated.
