Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end vehicle operations by ensuring showroom readiness, accurate tracking and documentation, and timely coordination of sold vehicles from arrival to delivery.
- Receive and perform quality checks on incoming vehicles, and update system records.
- Ensure all showroom display vehicles meet retail standards.
- Prepare and verify vehicle documentation, including condition, mileage, accessories, and damages.
- Manage delivery packs and hand them over to Sales Consultants upon delivery.
- Track and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations across all sites.
- Support transfer and movement of vehicles between locations.
- Monitor stock movement efficiency, turnaround time, and quality.
- Maintain daily records of showroom-ready and sold vehicles.
- Support stock take, inventory tracking, and loan car documentation/monitoring.
