The Role
You’ll be the backbone of our physical operations — ensuring fulfilment, inventory, and in-person retail experiences are executed with care. This role is hands-on and requires someone who takes ownership and can work independently once trained.

Fulfilment & Orders
- Pack and process orders accurately
- Coordinate dispatch and ensure timely delivery
Customer Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and DMs in a clear and professional manner
- Ensure customer requests are handled smoothly and followed through to resolution
- Process returns and exchanges promptly and accurately
Inventory Management
- Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate records
- Label and organise stock in office
- Assist with stock replenishment at consignment stores
